Terms of Service

Welcome to Streamzilla. By applying to or working with our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the Streamer and Streamzilla Agency.

1. Service & Payment Agreement

1.1 Service Fee

The Streamer agrees to pay Streamzilla a 10% fixed service fee on all earnings generated through casino deals facilitated by the agency. This fee applies to every individual cashout (withdrawal).

1.2 Payment Timeline

To ensure continued service, the 10% fee must be transferred to Streamzilla within 24 hours of the Streamer receiving their funds. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and services.

2. Conduct & Integrity

2.1 Data Accuracy

Streamzilla maintains a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty. Any Streamer found providing fake statistics, fraudulent data, or manipulated screenshots to deceive the agency will face:

• Permanent Ban: Immediate and final termination of all agency services.
• Wall of Shame: The Streamer’s name/alias will be publicly listed on our platform as a warning to other operators.

2.2 Professionalism

Streamers are expected to maintain a professional standard while representing brands connected through Streamzilla. This includes adhering to stream schedules and following brand-specific guidelines.

3. Termination

Streamzilla reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any streamer at any time for violations of this agreement, non-payment, or conduct that harms the reputation of the agency or its partners.
