Streamzilla Service & Payment Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms between the Streamer and Streamzilla Agency regarding casino deal earnings and professional conduct.

Service Fee Requirement

The Streamer agrees to pay Streamzilla a 10% fixed service fee on all earnings generated through casino deals facilitated by the agency. This fee applies to every individual cashout (withdrawal).

Payment Timeline

To ensure continued service, the 10% fee must be transferred to Streamzilla within 24 hours of the Streamer receiving their funds.

Integrity and Data Accuracy

Streamzilla maintains a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty. Any Streamer found providing fake statistics or fraudulent data to deceive the agency will face:

Permanent Ban: Immediate and final termination of all agency services.
Wall of Shame: The Streamer’s name/alias will be publicly listed on the "Zilla Wall of Shame" for the community to see.

Penalties for Non-Payment

Failure to pay the service fee within the agreed timeframe will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts and services until the payment is settled in full.
